Magic Web Traffic

1. General Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and AdMaestros Kft. (1184 Budapest, Aranyeső utca 8., Hungary; "Provider") regarding the purchase of website traffic services via magicwebtraffic.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Provider agrees to drive web traffic (visitors) to the URL submitted by the Customer according to the selected package.

Delivery Time: Campaigns usually start within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
Tracking: Traffic is measured by our internal tracking system. While we aim to match third-party analytics, discrepancies may occur due to technical factors. Our tracking counts shall be final for billing purposes.

3. No Guarantee of Sales or Conversion

We guarantee the delivery of the purchased number of visitors/clicks only. We DO NOT guarantee that these visitors will:

Sign up for your offer;
Purchase your product;
Click on your ads (e.g., AdSense). Conversion rates depend entirely on the quality of your landing page and offer.

4. Prohibited Content

We do not accept URLs that contain:

Illegal content, malware, phishing, or viruses;
Auto-download scripts or infinite pop-ups;
Content promoting hate speech or illegal activities. If your URL is found to violate these rules, your campaign will be terminated immediately without refund.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of the service (traffic):

No Refunds: Once a campaign has started and traffic is being delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions: If we fail to deliver the purchased traffic volume within the specified timeframe (and technical issues are on our side), a pro-rated refund may be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdMaestros Kft. is not responsible for any negative impact on your website, including but not limited to:

Account bans from ad networks (e.g., Google AdSense, Facebook Ads);
Server downtime due to traffic spikes. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

7. Payment Terms and Smart Contracts

Prices are listed in USD/EUR. Payments are processed via standard Cryptocurrency transfer or Third-party processors.

7.1. Smart Contract Payments (Enterprise/Ultimate Package Only)

For our largest traffic package (hereinafter "Enterprise Package"), we offer an automated payment option via Smart Contract interaction. By choosing this method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility: This payment method is exclusively available for the Enterprise Package.
Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions executed via Smart Contract are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled once broadcasted to the network.
Gas Fees: The Customer is solely responsible for all transaction fees ("Gas fees") associated with the Smart Contract interaction.
User Responsibility: AdMaestros Kft. accepts no liability for funds lost due to user error (e.g., interacting with the wrong contract address, selecting the wrong network, or wallet compromises).
Delivery Trigger: Service delivery for Smart Contract orders is triggered automatically upon 6 network confirmations on the blockchain.

8. Invoicing

An electronic invoice will be issued by AdMaestros Kft. upon request, in compliance with Hungarian accounting laws. For Smart Contract payments, the transaction hash (TXID) serves as the primary proof of payment.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary. Any legal action related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
